Truqo Terms of Use
By downloading, installing, or using the Truqo application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. These terms apply to all users of the App.
2. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions
- Truqo offers auto-renewable subscription plans that provide unlimited scans and premium features.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
- You can manage or cancel your subscriptions by going to your device Settings > Subscriptions after purchase.
- Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- Free trials are limited to one per Apple ID or Google account and one per email address.
3. User Responsibilities
Users must provide accurate information and use the App lawfully. You are responsible for any content you submit through the App.
4. Prohibited Activities
Users are prohibited from misusing the App, attempting to access unauthorized areas, reverse-engineering the App, or submitting harmful content.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality within the App are the intellectual property of the App owner and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for damages arising from App usage or inability to use the App. Nutritional analysis results are for informational purposes only and should not be considered medical or dietary advice.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
